KELRAVI operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). KELRAVI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with the order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

KELRAVI currently ships within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges applicable to an order will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, fulfillment partner, inventory availability, weather, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control.

Some products may be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

Risk of loss, ownership, and delivery responsibilities will be determined in accordance with applicable law and applicable carrier terms.

KELRAVI is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through the KELRAVI store are transactions directly between you and KELRAVI.

Shopify is not the seller of products offered by KELRAVI and is not responsible for KELRAVI’s products, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, warranties, or other obligations arising from transactions between you and KELRAVI, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by Shopify.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available through the Privacy Policy link on this website.

Certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s applicable privacy policies.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF SAVINGS, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KELRAVI, ALJENO LEGACY LLC, Shopify where applicable, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

2. your violation of applicable law or the legal rights of a third party; or
3. your unlawful misuse of the Services.

Your indemnification obligations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
